Our estimating team brings a balance of experience, technical knowledge, and creative vision to every proposal — from residential landscaping to large-scale commercial projects. Together, our estimating team is committed to delivering clear, thoughtful plans — built on real-world experience and a shared passion for quality landscaping.

• Paco Limon – Lead Estimator
  As Lead Estimator, Paco oversees the entire estimating process to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality standards across all types of projects. With years of hands-on field experience, he plays a key role in guiding both residential and commercial estimates.

• Angel Limon – Estimator / Lead Irrigation Tech.
  Angel handles a variety of estimating responsibilities, with a strong focus on irrigation. Whether it’s a small repair or a full system installation, his practical expertise ensures smart, efficient solutions tailored to each site’s needs.

• Tracy Cox – Plant Designer / Landscaping Estimator
  Tracy contributes to both softscape and hardscape estimating, with a particular strength in plant design and layout. Her well-rounded experience and creative eye help shape outdoor spaces that are both functional and visually appealing.

• Tom Kepler – Commercial Estimator
  Tom specializes in commercial estimates, working closely with property managers, contractors, and developers to provide detailed, scalable proposals for larger and ongoing projects.

  Janie oversees daily operations, keeping our office organized and our team supported with a strong focus on service and efficiency.

• Rebecca Stapleton – Assistant Office Manager
  Rebecca helps coordinate scheduling and client communications, with a focus on larger properties and ongoing projects.

• Samuel Vargas – Accounting
  Samuel manages our financial processes, including billing, payments, and reporting, ensuring everything stays on track.

Our Field Teams

Our field teams are led by experienced Field Managers who coordinate daily operations to keep projects on track and ensure quality at every stage. We have two dedicated irrigation crews and multiple landscaping and hardscaping crews, each trained to deliver expert craftsmanship on both residential and commercial projects.
